Residence Le Fontane

This accomodation is pure rip-off! You have to be very cautious about hidden small text when you book this hotel room. Check-in open from 5pm to 8pm, check-out only one hour 9am to 10am during whole day. You miss, you pay. We came 20mins after 8pm and we have to pay extra. If you try to call them beforehand you can't reach them. Wifi only in the bathroom. Everything is for extra pay here. Cleaning, towels, pets, electricity. Pool open only in special hours, not available during the hotest part of the day, what a logic. Even when you pay extra 70€ for final cleaning, you have to clean the kitchenette yourself and throw out the trash, otherwise you will pay another 50€. Yes, you are reading it correctly, this is not a joke. On the top of all that you have to pay 200€ deposit, which you will wait more than a week after, to get it back to your card. Elevator not working and doesn't look like anybody cares. If you disabled than good luck. I don't understand this can have so good rating. The cherry on the cake is the middle age man behavior on the reception. Arrogant and unwelcoming. It's clear that he deal with this every other day. I met another people arguing with him just day after we came. His everyday bread. Avoid this and save your money!

let's start from the beginning. being "greeted" by a man with gray hair - tragedy. Lack of professionalism, if I were the manager of this hotel, I would remove him from working with people. it is not suitable for customers or staff (we heard him raise his voice at the ladies who were cleaning) Wi-Fi absolutely does not work, so if you plan to work from this hotel on Wi-Fi, I do not recommend it. no signal in several places in the hotel. I recommend you remove it from the offer that you have wifi. you're not. The hotel is clean and in a good location, large parking lot, close to shops. clean swimming pool open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. there is also a place for barbecue and there are washing machines for laundry. if the man with gray hair from the reception is reading this, think about your behavior, especially towards women.

Very well maintained. Lovely staff and extremely caring. The pool is great with lovely view. The aperitivo is great too! Great value for money. Side note. Generally apartment rental in Italy you usually have to pay for towels, bedding and cleaning on top at check in. It’s the norm so be prepared and check your booking in detail. We paid for cleaning, towels and standard city tax here. Bedding was inclusive. There’s 3 supermarkets next door which is also super handy.

Gabrielle & Fabrizio were very helpful with check in, our room was clean & tidy and only a 5 minute walk into town. Roberto who runs the bar & restaurant was super friendly and very hospitable. The pool area was lovely. We had a great stay at Residence Le Fontane. Very convenient & easy parking with a great supermarket downstairs. Grazie!

Loved the care and attention for details. The flat was amazing, so much space, 3 balconies and a washing machine with a kitchen corner. The bbq area was great, used it during rainy days and evenings with amazing views and tasting Sardinia in a plate. Having several grocery stores close by was for sure a great choice. But the best was the vicinity to the beautiful sardinian beaches - with a beautiful day and some sunshine - an unforgettable experience!

Love this place so convenient . If you're happy to walk or bike (they're free just a refundable deposit) then there are so many beaches a beautiful marina lots of restaurants horse riding golf and the best snorkelling ever on capo carbonara ....supermarket next door ( use eurospin not coop for better range price and quality ) ...perfect
